In a study published in the journal Obesity, researchers compared people who lost weight to those who kept it off.

People who kept their weight off lost more body fat than those who did not, but the results were the opposite.

“When you’re trying to lose fat, the body thinks it’s getting more exercise,” says study author and clinical professor of medicine and science at NYU Langone Medical Center Dr. Ravi Menon.

“So the body responds to exercise by losing fat.

And when you’re losing fat, it wants to keep on losing fat.”

People who lost more weight had significantly higher levels of triglycerides, a type of fat that accumulates in the body.

That’s because it makes fat easier to digest.

It also means the body has to burn more calories to maintain a certain weight, which increases your risk of developing cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

A loss of body fat isn’t necessarily a bad thing, says Menon, who also holds the chair in medicine at NYU.

“We don’t want to be eating too much, but we don’t have to be overeating,” he says.

Menon says there’s a lot more work to be done in the fight against obesity, but he thinks there’s one thing that’s been overlooked.

“One of the things we need to emphasize is exercise, which we have a very good understanding of, and we also have a lot of evidence that exercise helps you lose weight,” he explains.

But if you’re going to lose the weight, it’s important to keep it off the scales, Menon adds.

“I’ve never seen any evidence that shows exercise improves the health of people with obesity,” he adds.

Men on the other hand says exercise can be good for those who need it.

“If you’ve got an injury, if you’ve lost your job, if your lifestyle changes, if someone has a health condition that’s causing them stress, that can be a problem,” he notes.

“But exercise is really good for your health, it is an effective way to get rid of fat, and it can help you lose fat.”

Exercise has many benefits, from helping people with physical disabilities to get fit to building muscle.

So, why does it take so long to lose or build muscle?

“The reason for that is the metabolic rate,” Menon explains.

“Your metabolic rate is what’s causing the fat to accumulate,” he states.

That means it’s actually more efficient for your body to burn calories when you have less body fat.

Menson says it’s the combination of two things: the calories burned by your muscles and your metabolic rate.

“This means you’re burning more calories than your body needs to sustain you,” he continues.

“You’re burning less calories than you’re actually consuming.”

The more fat you have, the more you have to burn for fuel.

So a person with the most fat in their body burns more calories when they have more fat than when they don’t.

“The more fat, that’s where the energy comes from, the less energy you have,” Menson explains.

Menons studies found that when a person lost weight, they experienced less discomfort, more focus and better energy levels.

“It’s like having a healthy body, but it doesn’t feel that way,” he concludes.

The good news is exercise can help.

It can help build muscle, maintain a healthy weight and help you maintain your energy levels as you age.

It’s also a great way to keep the body feeling healthy and lean.

And, for Menson, that makes it easier to lose even more weight.

“In the end, we can make the body do the right thing,” he emphasizes.

“There are a lot that we can do that work together.”
